This is a 3D conversion of Hotel. It's good to play with it, though the 3D graphics are not really well done, and they decrease the real value of the game.

DESCRIPTION FROM THE SITE | "A nice 3D monopoly like game for 2 to 4 players, based on a real board game. Hotel Markets is a financial board game where your goal is to make more money than the other players in hotel business. In Hotel Markets you have to build hotels and try to become richer than your opponents. Each time they visit your hotel they have to pay you for staying a few nights at your hotel. When a player has to less money to pay the bill, he is bankrupt. At last there will be only one winner and that's the one who has ruined his opponents. What makes this game difficult is to decide where to use money and how much to use it. By taking risks you can win the game or lose everything. It's about finding the happy medium. This is a really nice and fun game. Thanks the automatic camera you cannot call this game just another board game. I recommend you this game if you like games as monopoly and so. But there the game has two bugs in it: Luckily the author added a few hotkeys (cheats) to the game, so that the game never stucks. 1. All buttons left disabled. Solve: Press "G" (enable all buttons) or "E" (end the turn) in main view 2. Double-spend-a-night: Hotel Markets might incorrectly ask you to spend nights twice in the same turn. Solve: Enable all buttons by pressing "G" and click "Cancel" OR Press ESCAPE in Throw for nights -screen OR Spend the double nights and fix the injustice by clicking the red "money problems?" text in finance screen. How to play: 1: Throw the dice -> wait while your car is moving.. 2: Action window appears and tells your options in current turn. 3: Make your choice (buy,build,cancel...) 4: End the turn." |
